Flower Essence Only Orders are processed, mixed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering.
Orders are Shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Pre Order Sale, and Special Order In Item deliveries are processed, and shipped as per product descriptions.
We use Australia Post for our shipping and postage requirements. However, we may choose to hand delivery your order at our discretion.
There are three options available for postage, regular for a flat rate of $10, Express for $13, or Free Pick up from Cockatoo and Local Markets. An email will be sent after the order has been placed to arrange pick up details.
Default Shipping includes ‘Authority to Leave’ Instructions, meaning that the delivery driver is not required to collect a signature, and can leave the package unattended on your property. If you wish to arrange postage requiring a signature please let us know at checkout in the “further comments” section, and we will be in touch to finalise arrangements.
In the event that order processing is delayed we will contact you via your provided email to discuss. .
At Flora Naturopathic Wellness we are committed to doing what we can to make our world better. This includes the equipment, and supplies we use to make, pack and ship our products. We use recycled boxes, and re use what we can, including packing peanuts, and padding from our own deliveries from suppliers.
We have recently changed our packaging to reflect this, even changing how we put our stickers on so you can reuse your delivery box too.
We use an eco friendly water activated packing tape (yay no plastic!) from Woodruff & Co. wherever possible.
We use compatible postage bags, (which are also reusable! ) from Hero Packing.
If you are local to the area, we are happy to arrange refills of the Flora Naturopathic Range, including Flower Essence Drops, by using your old bottles. We are happy for you to send your bottles back to be refilled. Please let us know if you would like to do this and we will provide a delivery address and a 15% discount on refills.
