Earth Day is held on the 22nd of April, as such this Month our theme is Eco Friendly. It is estimated that every year 2.1million tonnes of plastic waste is generated just in Australia alone. Incorporating Eco Friendly practices into our lives, not only benefits the Earth, and our future generations, but it has been shown to improve our own wellbeing too, from reducing harsh chemicals and toxins, reducing energy costs, increasing happiness and decreasing anxiety, all leading to living an overall healthier lifestyle. It can be very overwhelming not knowing where to start in a eco friendly journey, so this box is designed to not only help you make those steps, but also encourage you to continue taking more beneficial and positive changes in the future.
